I am a Personal Trainer specialising helping reduce chance of injury, stiffness, small niggles and low grade back pain. I also work with post natal clients helping get back to training in a safe way focusing on pelvic floor and diastasis. I working with clients to help them improve their movement and strength. We are designed to be hunters and gatherers not sitting all day therefore I help identify where the body can move more efficiently. I work a lot with people who run and/or do triathlons on both injury prevention and performance.
I come originally from a corporate background and when looking for something for a new direction I was drawn to my love of sport. I am a long distance runner and triathlete and have become a great advocate for moving more. I love to work with clients to guide them towards moving better and get great satisfaction when they come back to me saying they have less pain and are able to do more of the things they love in life.
