Flowently welcomes you with a high tea at the Museum of Bags and Purses, which resides in a monumental canal house in Amsterdam. The canal house is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Canal Ring Area of Amsterdam. Very few Amsterdam canal houses have been as well preserved as this 17th century mayor’s residence. The building has had a rich history and colorful inhabitants, and is a captivating story. You will meet your personal Flowently tutor in one of the period rooms for a high tea. They will introduce you to the Dutch language, and will teach you some useful Dutch phrases. You can make a tour through the museum as well.
This 90-minute Dutch Welcome tour is suitable for a family with max. 2 adults and 1 child aged 7 or older. Children up to the age of 6 have free entrance to the museum and can share the high tea with their parents. Each person aged 7 or older pays 30 euros extra.
The Museum of Bags and Purses on Herengracht 573 in Amsterdam is open between 10am and 5pm (the restaurant closes at 4:30pm).

LINK LANGUAGE TO YOUR LIFESTYLE
Hi there, my name is Anja and I am the founder of Flowently. I started teaching Dutch in 2000 and I noticed that the greatest struggle for those who are learning a language is to put what you learn into practice; the question ‘How do I use what I have learned in a classroom in real life and start feeling comfortable in my new language?’ is the most frequently asked one.
Searching for a fresh approach to answer this question, and wondering how we can make learning a language more practical, personal and flexible, I have created a new concept. With Flowently you can learn what is relevant to you, when and where you want.
